It does what it says! Some detail is lost, but you can email dozens of photos easily.

Im using Instamail for a while and the old version was not so bad! sometime had some problem to send mails but the new version always has problem!?! CRASH many times. shows that mail is sent but in the outbox mail remains with a red !

Every time after I chose some about ten or more photos app send me back to the first folder. So, it was impossible just to choose some photos, and specially to post it anywhere.
